Recipe 1: Fried Potatoes + sunny side up eggs

  1. Wash and cube potatoes – cut it so that each cube has skin.
  2. Heat up oil  in pan, add in potatoes, skinless side down.
  3. Finely chop onions, add into pan when potatoes are almost done (browning  stage).
  4. Flip potatoes and brown the other side.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Optional: slice bacon, add into pan.
  7. Plate with a side of sunny side up eggs

Recipe 2: Fried potatoes + sausages + scrambled eggs

  1. Do recipe 1 above (fry potatoes)
  2. Instead of bacon, add in sausage – butterfly the sausage and fry it in the same pan (push the potatoes to one side).
  3. Flip sausages and potatoes when done on one side.
  4. Plate potatoes and  sausages.
  5. For eggs, heat up pan, break eggs in, season with salt and pepper and stir!
  6. Serve.

Recipe 3: Frittata

  1. Cut: boiled potatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, onions, spinach
  2. Heat oil in pan, put all chopped ingredients in pan, except for spinach.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put in spinach when mixture is a little bit cooked.
  5. Plate them and set aside.
  6. Beat 4 eggs with milk half the amount of eggs.
  7. Season with pepper
  8. Slice crusts of day old bread.
  9. Add in bread and other ingredients into the egg mixture.
  10. Heat up oil in a deep pan, pour in egg mixture and constantly mix it.
  11. After it’s solidified, turn the heat down and place torn cheese on top.
  12. Cover pan with tin foil or cover.
  13. Slide it off the pan onto a plate and serve.

Recipe 4: Pancakes

  1. Mix: 2 cups pancake powder + 1 cup water + 1 egg.
  2. Put 1 drop of oil in pan (use tissue to oil the pan) – turn on low heat
  3. Pour pancake batter slowly into pan
  4. Once bubbles show, flip the pancake.
  5. Serve with a knob of butter and maple syrup (or sugar syrup, like the tau foo fa syrup: boil together: 1 cup water + 1 cup sugar)
  6. Optional: sprinkle icing sugar and serve with berries

Recipe 5: ‘McMuffin’

  1. Fry an egg – fully cooked
  2. Fry ham slice
  3. Assemble: Pancake – cheese slice – ham slice – egg – pancake
  4. *Optional – pour syrup or ketchup
