This is a story of a Malaysian’s experiment with local and foreign dishes. Follow her dish by dish as she stumbles upon new ingredients, battles with prepping ingredients and globe trots to countries she has never stepped foot on through attempting their cuisines.

Before you follow her on her adventure:

  • Recipes are broken down into components for better comprehension and cooking planning
  • Some recipes follow the agak-agak method from our mum’s and grandmum’s generation
